Privacy policy
Revision of 24 September 2026
In short: we process exactly the data the account needs to work, we do not sell it, and we never show one owner another owner’s data.
Who processes the data
The service is run by ApartBoard. If you have questions about your data, write to [email protected] and we will answer within three business days.
There are two distinct cases. Your account data we process as the owner of the service. The data you enter yourself — guests, housekeepers, money — we process on your instructions: what to keep there and why is your decision.
What is collected
The service neither asks for nor stores guests' identity documents. It does not take or store card details either.
- Account: name, email, phone number, interface language, password as an irreversible hash.
- Housekeepers: name, phone number, working schedule, assigned apartments.
- Guests: name, phone number, email if you entered one, plus the notes and rating written by the owner.
- Money: amounts, method, dates, comments and the receipt files you upload.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, request times, error records.
What for
We do not build advertising profiles on this data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
- So the account works: the calendar shows up, the money adds up, cleanings get assigned.
- So you can sign in and we can reset your password.
- So we can see errors and fix them.
- So we can bill you for the service.
- So we can answer your enquiry.
Who it is shared with
Data goes to state authorities only on a lawful request and only within its scope.
- The hosting provider whose servers run the application and the database.
- The mail service that delivers our emails — a password reset link, for instance.
- Sentry, our error tracker: it receives technical crash reports, and sending personal data to it is switched off in the configuration.
Cookies
We set only what the site cannot work without: the session cookie, the form protection token and the chosen interface language. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site — which is why there is no consent banner either.
How long it is kept
- While the account lives — for as long as it does.
- After the account is deleted — up to 30 days in the main database, then removed.
- Change log records and billing details — longer, where the law requires it.
- Data that made it into a backup disappears with that backup when it is overwritten.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you exists, to get a copy of it, to correct what is wrong, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent and to complain to a supervisory authority.
Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
If your data was entered by an apartment owner — that is, you are a guest or a housekeeper — contact them first: they decide what happens to it. We will help on the technical side.
Guest data
A guest is entered by the owner, not by the guest. The basis for that is the owner’s relationship with the guest; the service does not verify it on their behalf.
The same phone number with two owners means two separate guests: the service does not link the records and never shows one owner the other’s notes.
Changes to this policy
A new revision is published on this page and its date is shown at the top. We announce material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
